HOW TO DEVELOP A PERFECT BODY in 30 minutes a day is a rather audacious title for a book, but if you will allow me to explain what I mean by PERFECT you will see that is actually quite sound and realistic. In today’s society, and indeed in the society of men from the ages of the ancient Greeks, the men, and women of society had an image in their minds of a perfect body. This body has been admired and desired throughout the ages. Great sculptures, great artists, and great photographers have tried to capture this PERFECT BODY in marble, oil and film. We have all seen these bodies in this artwork again and again and have a clear picture in our minds of what a PERFECT BODY would look like. Still for reasons of personal preference, one may desire a very large chest, or huge arms, or extremely small waist, but all can agree on the basic standards for a perfect body. A PERFECT BODY would not be a body like a Mr. America, that is grossly disproportioned, huge and even monstrous, an example of the total extremes a man can push his muscles to. A perfect body would not be a 50 inch chest on a woman 5 feet tall, or legs the size of tree trunks. A PERFECT BODY would be a body that is proportional, flexible, and contained on a man who is a gentleman, and a woman who is a lady.
